TH(B) Series I/O End Former Features

Aristo TH(B):XXX-M I/O End Former

Each model:

  • Duplicates accuracy & repeatability of B-M Series I/O Sizer
  • Configured with two parallel top tooling assemblies with back to back hydraulic cylinders (5" bore)
  • Shares Parker V-5 hydraulic power pack (15 HP, 55 gallon tank) as efficient power source.
  • Uses standard drop-in tooling for quick change over & efficient utilization of tooling
  • Micrometer style cylinder control for simple, reliable setup and adjustment of each forming head
  • Uses Allen Bradley Micrologix series processor for simple, reliable machine control
  • Occupies less than 40 square feet
  • Facilitates maintenance with total access design & modular construction

For 1 " - 3" ID tubes, choose the Aristo TH(B):601M I/O End Former

  • Configured with parallel sets of back to back 6"cylinders

For 2" - 4" ID tubes, choose the Aristo TH(B):680HD-M I/O End Former

  • Configured with parallel sets of cylinders - each with an 8" cylinder ('dies'/reduction) back to back with a 6"cylinder ('fingers'/expansion)
  • Heavy duty top tooling design

For 2 " - 6" ID tubes, choose the Aristo TH(B):801M I/O End Former

  • Configured with parallel sets of back to back 8" cylinders
 

Aristo TH(B):XXX-PV I/O End Former

Each model:

  • Duplicates accuracy & repeatability of B-M Series I/O Sizer
  • Configured with two parallel top tooling assemblies with back to back hydraulic cylinders (5" bore)
  • Shares Parker V-5 hydraulic power pack (15 HP, 55 gallon tank) as efficient power source.
  • Uses standard drop-in tooling for quick change over & efficient utilization of tooling
  • Introduces Parker D3 series proportional valves - closed loop with on board electronics for more precise control - to integrate ease of 'manual' control with accuracy of 'electrical' control
  • Uses Allen Bradley Micrologix series processor for simple, reliable machine control
  • Occupies less than 40 square feet
  • Facilitates maintenance with total access design & modular construction
