Design features:

For resonator tubes ranging up to 18" in length.

The system is comprised of one clamp cylinder holding the tube in the center, plus an 8” stroke (4” diameter) cylinder at one end and a 16” stroke cylinder (4” diameter) at the other end.
  • The system is comprised of one clamp cylinder holding the tube in the center, plus an 8" stroke (4" diameter) cylinder at one end and a 16" stroke cylinder (4" diameter) at the other end.
  • Each of the cylinders uses shop air. The system includes work holders, safety center valves, and a Micrologix 1000 based control system.
  • Safety cage fabricated from aluminum 80/20 components, with plexiglass covers and a sliding door capable of a 30" wide opening for loading / unloading parts. The system will include safety interlock and the addition of two-hand tie down palm buttons.
